Integrity is not often a quality applied to auto repair businesses. Community Auto of Fort Collins is defined by its integrity, its honesty and strong moral principles. Chris and crew saved me thousands - yes thousands - of dollars in parts and labor that they had every technical right to charge me - but did not. When they evaluated my daughter's 2002 Trooper and realized they had overlooked a major problem, they could have pressed forward with huge costly repairs. Instead they took responsibility for missing some important details on their initial inspection and made the situation right. Very rare in today's marketplace. I wholeheartedly recommend Community Auto for all your auto repair needs.

I have used Community Auto a few times now, and overall I would recommend them. The last time I visited them was November 3, 2020. They did an oil change and swapped my summer tires for my snow tires. I am completely satisfied with their service to my vehicle. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is that one of the employees in the office/waiting area wore his mask improperly, so that his nose was not covered at all. A service technician did not wear a mask at all while in my vehicle to move it into the garage and back out. There are signs posted inside and out of the business asking patrons to wear masks, which I appreciate. However, the employees also need to wear their masks (and properly) in order to help everyone stay healthy.

The front desk person was very knowledgeable and was willing to try and fix our car that day. Very quick and affordable service.

I was stranded with an over heating car in 0 degree weather. What a beautiful and professional experience happened when I went to Community Automotive! Staff bent over backwards to get my car working well while respecting my financial limitations. I feel I had a great diagnosis and plan to fix my car as quickly as possible and was able to trust what was told to me. I am so pleased to have found a place that is caring and also provides exceptional service. Thank you!

This is a great auto repair shop. They work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. They are always friendly and have a great can do attitude. I brought a friend by that was having an ongoing problem that another shop was unable to figure out. Folks at community auto squeezed her in for an unscheduled appointment, figured out the problem and got her happily on her way (she was traveling to Maine). Thank you Community Auto for always stepping up to make things work!

Fast prompt service great people

Friendly with customers. Trying to understand the car issues so it can be fixed accordingly. If car fixing takes longer than a day, the shop will and can provide a loaner car which is of great help when provided. I was helped with my cars in the repair shop quite a few times. Happy with the service and will return when necessary. I am a returning customer since 2011.

Outstanding service. Ordered the part on my recommendation which shortened the repair process. Finished the repair at the promised time.
