Recently, we had some brake problems with our grand caravan. The staff at Community Automotive took great care to resolve all the issues with our van. At their own cost they replaced parts after the initial repairs still left a couple problems. They fixed our van and it's running great now. I trust this garage and their staff with all my vehicles. We've had a working relationship for 20 years and look forward to many more years with them.

The employee who I interacted with, Evan, was excellent. He was very helpful, professional, and concise. The shop did a very thorough job and worked quickly.

Here's the deal: This is a sincere review. This old man drives an old truck. Been driving' it for 16 years (and I'm no mechanic)... And for the last 13 years Community Auto has been there for all of the scheduled maintenance and all of the many breakdowns. They're always friendly, efficient, competitively priced and there when I need them. For me it's Community Auto all the way! I remember the days long ago of feeling so uneasy about going to a mechanic: Who can I trust? Do they know what they're doing? Can they do the work quickly? Am I being overcharged? Will they try to trick me or deceive me and coax me into unneeded parts/repairs, ect... Thanks to Community Auto, I haven't had to worry about any of these things for a long time now. Also. I only own one vehicle, so the ability to drive one of their loaner cars while they work on my truck has saved me many times. I'm very thankful for Eric and his crew at Community Auto and I couldn't recommend them any more highly than I do! Rock on!
