Fort Collins Auto Repair

We were traveling though Colorado when we began to have problems with the bearings on our Suburban. We stopped at a rest stop which turned out to be very close to Community Auto. After reading reviews of several mechanics we selected this one and barely made it to their location. From the moment I walked in I knew it was a good place. Dave helped us get a loaner vehicle (for an extremely reasonable small fee) and even printed maps of some museums and parks for us to take our 4 children somewhere while we waited. The repairs were finished before our museum trip and lunch was over. The cost was reasonable and they tried to keep costs minimal. I really appreciated everything they did. We were back on the road. We are now home. We were given recommendation to replace another part that we couldn’t get in town that day but I know they did the best job hey could and they really helped us out.

Very thorough job on analyzing and repairing my 2012 Cruze. after 100K miles it needed a lot of attention and the work done was complete, on time as promised with no surprises. I had a timing belt replaced with all the related components (water pump, seals, etc.) along with most all major fluids flushed and refilled. The also trouble-shot and repaired an engine noise and oil leak successfully. Car is running better than it has for a long time and I should be good for many, many more miles. Thanks Dave!

Everyone is very helpful. They got my car in and out as quickly as possible and gave me esitmates before doing the repairs. I like the loaner car program, it helps to make dropping off the car easier.

They are so friendly, kind, informative and not pushy. They looked at my vehicle for a diagnostic and outlined everything they needed to do, the importance, and cost. They called to let me know, and sent me a link to look through with all the information as well. After going through this stressful situation and coming out knowing all I could because of them, I ended up repairing more than I needed to just to get some preventative work done to my car they let me know about. And- they sent me a thank you card in the mail afterwards. I have never had such a positive mechanic interaction!
