I am very impressed with the guys here! I brought my car in to get what i thought was a belt replacement. Eric went out of his way to study my car and figure out what was actually wrong, which wasn't my belt. I feel so much gratitude towards him by figuring it out and not just replaceing something so he can get my business. I ended up not booking an appointment because i could not come up with the money but once i can i will be back! Thank you so much! Definetly recommend!

Were able to get me scheduled in quickly. Did the diagnostics in a very timely manner, then spent a good deal of time on the phone with me to discuss the diagnosis and my options. This was the first time I have been to Community Auto, but they will be my new "go to."

My daughter's car car broke in Ft Collins and I live in Colorado Springs. Based on reviews I called Community Auto, and talked to Chris. Explained to him that it had been making noise prior to this and I thought it might be a water pump in addition to the missing serpentine belt. My daughter had it towed there with the key on Friday around noon. Chris called me a couple of hors later and had diagnosed the issue as an idler and a tension pully (one of which was completely missing). Chris said if they could get the parts quickly they could have it completed before closing. Chris sent the digital analysis and we discussed what they found (most of which I knew) and wrapped it up and my daughter was able to pick it up by around 5:00 PM. Thanks for the great service and I understand why you have all the GREAT reviews!!!

The people here are very friendly, courteous, and honest. I’ve been here twice. The first time, my car was not finished the day I brought it in, as was planned. The service manager called to apologize, and explain what went wrong. She offered some discount on future service, and I was happy with the response. The second service went smoothly. Update: I’ve continued going to this shop for a few yardages now, and been very pleased. Recently, the service staff turned over, and while I miss the previous folks, the new ones are also fantastic.
