Hands down one of the best, if not the best auto repair shops I've ever dealt with. Living in Durango, 7.5 hours away, and looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto repair for my college student was the impossible task. After reading reviews from several shops in the area, Community Auto seemed to ice the cake in this profession. My daughters vehicle was towed to their shop. They were ready for it and quickly ran diagnostics during their busy Holiday schedule. I dealt with Donny and Chris. They both gave excellent, clear communications about the auto repairs needed after their evaluation. Unfortunately, I chose not to repair the old vehicle since the repairs where more costly that the vehicle's worth. I inquired about how to handle disposal of a non operable vehicle considering that I was not in the area. They gave me a great referral to an outside company. During the 2 weeks it took to organize this transaction and finalize the pick up, they were still very willing to meet my requests for help with removing the license plate and other possessions. They allowed my daughter to bring them the title so they could handle the final transaction with the towing company. They never charged me a daily fee for holding on to my vehicle during this time. They met the tow truck driver, handed over the title and received the payoff for my daughter to pick up later. Every time I called and spoke to Donny or Chris they both knew what was going on at all times had clear pricing and information every step of the way, without lengthy hold times. This is outstanding service from a company and it's individual employees to handle this seamlessly. I have already recommended them to another Durango parent who's student is in the Fort Collins area. I would have been a prime candidate for repair shop to take advantage of with all my circumstances. Instead they can add this recommendation to their many 5 star reviews with hopes to keep their business thriving on honesty, trustworthiness, and clear communication. There are a lot of great auto mechanics out there, but fewer and fewer honest and trustworthy folks. Booyah! Your guys earn 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is hands down the best auto shop I've ever been to. They have made me a customer for life. I found them in the beginning of 2020 when my car was experiencing a weird check engine light problem. After some really frustrating attempts to get it diagnosed (not their fault, it was just a weird thing going on intermittently and I'm bad at explaining car things) it ended up needing a new engine. I'm perpetually broke of course and had a breakdown over the phone. The guy I spoke to, Eric, was incredibly empathetic and treated me with so much kindness. I went ahead with the repairs, credit score hit hard the repair took about a month waiting for parts because of covid. They let me use a loaner car for that ENTIRE MONTH. That saved me in a lot of ways as I was working through the entire pandemic. Commuting from Greeley to foco on top of that. I am so unbelievably grateful that they did everything they could to make my really crumby situation better. The repairs went great. My car runs fantastic. I've since used them multiple times and send EVERYONE their direction if I'm within ear shot of their car issue complaints. They are honest and work with you when your decision is tough and expensive. I can't say anything bad about them. Everyone I've talked to has been great. I'll keep coming here.

This mechanic is fantastic, I wouldn’t bother looking around they are fair, honest, knowledgeable, provide great customer service, and they won’t try and just sell you on things. You always get a detailed report with any kind of service so you can plan/budget for future maintenance, do yourself a favor and bring your cars here.

Been a long time since I had a shop I can trust. Honest friendly treatment, quick to the point schedule, service and repairs completed in timely manner (sooner than expected in some cases). Truly appreciate Community Auto!!
