My car started running very rough with a CEL this week just as I was driving by Community Auto. I pulled in and the young woman at the front desk immediately jumped into action with her scanner to pull codes for me and give me some ideas on what the problem might be. She did it all with a smile and a great attitude. Thanks so much for your help.

The staff at Community Auto were professional and welcoming even through a series of appointments to diagnose and fix the problem with our car. Some parts failed and were replaced free of charge to us. A good place to have your car serviced.

They did and inspection and sent me pictures to verify, also got my oil changed while the car was there. No Hassel, in and out easy.

Generally, going to a mechanic isn't a fun experience ($$$). That being said, I appreciate what I feel was an honest assessment of my vehicle. The woman I worked with was very helpful, and she provided issues that needed to be addressed along with images. I didn't expect this, but it was helpful for planning on getting repairs completed. I'm trying to figure out my next step, but I'm very likely to have the work done with this company. Overall, a professional operation and friendly service. Thank you!
