Eric the owner dealt with me personally and was extremely gracious and helpful along with the technician in figuring out what we needed to get done and stayed focused on the problems we were bringing the car in for. He also was careful not to charge us or up-sell us unnecessarily for things we didn't need. This is my second experience with Community and both times I have seen this same excellent level of service. Thanx guys! :-D

Thank you so much for helping me with my Santa Fe. Community Auto put my car back into a safe condition to drive and helped me keep the costs down to what was immediately necessary. Now I can get other work done as I have the finances. They prioritized the future work as it needed to be done, which helps me from guessing. They were patient with my returning their calls, and very polite on the phone. It was easy to drop off the car the night before, so I didn't have to get there early in the morning. Thanks so much. We have taken our truck over, and now they are helping us with it. Its great to have moved here a landed with such a great automotive place. Thanks to my son for recommending Community Auto.

Have had two experiences here with two different cars and the service I received both times was fantastic. The prices are more than reasonable and the people that work there have been so helpful. Their policy with loaner vehicles is amazing and so great in allowing you to continue about your daily life without the hassle of renting/catching a ride. I'll always recommend and go to Community Auto for any car needs I have.

My car just wouldn't start and I was in a rush this morning for an 8:00 a.m. meeting. Community Auto (thanks, Michelle!) got me out the door within ten minutes with a loaner car, and had my car fixed up (battery and alternator) before the end of the day. They checked my battery warranty (I had gotten a new battery back in March from a different garage and was frustrated that I needed a new one already) and he refunded my warranty! It's a Christmas miracle! Thank you!

Community Auto, and all of their staff, is amazing! I have been going there for 20+ years. Before I met them, I thought that an honest mechanic was an oxymoron. Yet, they prove it to be true over and over again. I have referred all of my friends and family to them. They are wonderful and help prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait. Really pleased with this business. They were accommodating to my schedule, clear with communication, and the final price was lower than the estimate! Integrity is not often a quality applied to auto repair businesses. Community Auto of Fort Collins is defined by its integrity, its honesty and strong moral principles. Chris and crew saved me thousands - yes thousands - of dollars in parts and labor that they had every technical right to charge me - but did not. When they evaluated my daughter's 2002 Trooper and realized they had overlooked a major problem, they could have pressed forward with huge costly repairs. Instead they took responsibility for missing some important details on their initial inspection and made the situation right. Very rare in today's marketplace. I wholeheartedly recommend Community Auto for all your auto repair needs.

I have used Community Auto a few times now, and overall I would recommend them. The last time I visited them was November 3, 2020. They did an oil change and swapped my summer tires for my snow tires. I am completely satisfied with their service to my vehicle. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is that one of the employees in the office/waiting area wore his mask improperly, so that his nose was not covered at all. A service technician did not wear a mask at all while in my vehicle to move it into the garage and back out. There are signs posted inside and out of the business asking patrons to wear masks, which I appreciate. However, the employees also need to wear their masks (and properly) in order to help everyone stay healthy.
