Great to deal with

Had a great experience this week. Stacia was super friendly, and both men I interacted with (didn't get their names) were helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely has a different feel than your typical body shop. Didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of. And they have a great rewards program. Will definitely be using them from now on.

I've been coming here for around two years on account of their customer service and on what can only be described as their "ease of use:" no matter what the issue, I can call and make an appointment for either the next day or the same week. They are nice, straight forward, and do great work. I have never had an issue whether it was a taillight or an oil change. They were amazing when my old car crapped out and I was in a tough spot. They are the best in town :)

I highly recommend Community Auto. I am not a local resident and found myself in need of a mechanic while on a business trip. Upon entering the shop I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop. It gave me a sense of satisfaction and I felt the owner of the shop (who I later learned is Evan), maintains a great deal of pride in his business, and thus, in my opinion, cares for his customers as well. During the course of the repair on my vehicle, I found Evan and his staff to be very caring and helpful. My repair was a two day repair, and it was wonderful that Evan had very inexpensive car rentals that helped me still do business while waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. If I was a resident of the Fort Collins area I would definitely keep Community Automotive as my primary source for my automotive repair needs.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. They looked over my whole car and let me know what was good, would need some work soon, and what needed attention now. Honest and didn't pressure me into fixing anything unnecessary. My car is running great now thanks to them!

I have been taking cars to Community Auto for years! They are always pleasant, very informative, don't do unrequested work, service is great, and reasonably priced. I have recommended them to many friends.
