The customer receives a full Vehicular Inspection Report that is presented in an comprehensive, user-friendly format. Dave in the front office was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. He was kind enough to give me a courtesy ride home when my ride home unexpectedly canceled. If you want your vehicle properly diagnosed, serviced and repaired at top-of-the-line standards and specifications, you can give your business to Community Auto in good confidence. All the mechanics are highly trained and up-to-date on their certifications for old and new vehicles. When an auto repair business receives commendation from the BBB--and has received an award in ethics!--this speaks positive volumes to me! These folks have gained my trust...which is a relief for a woman who has little knowledge about cars.

I really liked the inspection report, it made all issues with my Jeep clear and understandable. Service was quick and follow up after bringing car in was a first in my history of getting auto work completed!

Evan was able to give me a second opinion for a problem with my car that I had been quoted OVER $5K to repair at a shop in Loveland. When I talked to him over the phone about getting a second opinion, he was kind, helpful and happy to take a look at what they reported. His initial inspection didn't reveal the same findings. After having his mechanics perform a very thorough inspection, they found that only minor repairs were needed. Now, instead of paying over $5K and being without my car for a week, I have an appointment that will be less than $200 total, and they will repair it while I wait! I felt respected, instead of taken advantage of, as a single lady! I will be bringing my car here from now on knowing that they are ethical and have amazing integrity.
