I've been a loyal customer of Community Auto for almost 3 years. They are great! They complete work when they say it will be done, they have competitive prices and they guarantee their work! Staff are always polite and friendly, the front desk staff know what they are talking about, and they are HONEST. They don't try to upsell services or repairs you don't truly need. I brought in my grandmother's vehicle for a second opinion after another shop we had taken it to for engine diagnostics said that she needed transmission work in addition to a head gasket repair. The transmission had JUST been replaced 8 months earlier and we had not been experiencing any problems with it. I took it to Community Auto and they confirmed the engine problem and told us the transmission was fine. Obviously, we had them do the work and her vehicle has been running perfect ever since. I can't tell you how awesome it is to have a shop that can be trusted to give it to you straight. As a woman, I have has the unpleasant experience of having a shop try to talk me into repairs or services that weren't needed just to make some extra money. I never have to worry about that at Community Auto!

This was my first time using community car care. Personnel were friendly and efficient and all work was done as promised and on time.

I've been shopping around for a new mechanic since my last place is starting to get very expensive. This was the first time I've used Community Auto but I'm happy with the experience. They had good service and turnaround time and were very friendly and accommodating. The specific thing I'd like to mention is that although it wasn't on the list of work to be done, I had a brake light out that I forgot to ask them to fix. When I picked up the truck I was informed and saw on my bill that they had not only noticed that I needed a new bulb, but they replaced it for me for free. This is a small thing I know, but I had recently had the truck into the dealer service center for a recall repair and THEY wanted $5-$6 bucks for a new bulb and $30 to install it. Needless to say I didn't have them do it, thus providing the opportunity for Community Auto to show their true colors. I'm very happy to know that in a situation like this, they took the opportunity to do what's right, instead of what they can get away with. Being charged $35ish for a bulb replacement really makes you feel like you're getting gouged. Alternatively, getting the repair for free, even knowing its a small relatively easy thing, makes me feel like these guys really care about establishing a long term relationship instead of just trying to pad the bill on every service they do. Good job to Community Auto, my truck is starting to get older with higher miles, so you'll be seeing me again I'm sure.

These guys were great and kept me up to date and are affordable and very trustworthy. I'd go there again for sure

My first time in was very pleasant. They were ready at the scheduled time and did a thorough check of the vehicle. I appreciate that the technician stopped to speak with me as well. I will be back.

From the first phone call to driving off the lot the service here was phenomenal. Every person that I interacted with was polite and professional. The repairs were very timely and when a problem had arisen they proactively called me to let me know of the changes.

I was pleased with work they did on my previous vehicle several years ago, so i took my new rideshare car to them for inspection. Had it in and out in great time and were easy to schedule with.
