Community Auto was a recommendation from a well trusted friend and now that I have used them for automotive work I can see why! They were very professional, great at communicating the work that needed to be done with detailed, itemized billing. Val was great about answering my questions and letting me know how long my vehicle would be in the shop. I am so thankful to have found a well respected, high quality and friendly staff of professionals to keep our vehicles running well.

Community Auto is the best!!! They truly care about doing what's best and making sure your vehicle works perfectly. The computerized "check up" report lets me know what is coming up and they prioritize what can wait and what needs to be done right now. The loaner car makes the process much less stressful. I feel we are a team in keeping my car running well and they care about my vehicle as much as I do.

I am not a car person and I drive an old beaten down olds mobile with a never ending list of issues, so I always fear that mechanics will try to take advantage of the situation. this was not the case here. first off after the diagnosis they were very respectful of what I could afford to fix and did not push me into anything additional spending only what was necessary to make the car run. also when they fixed my car they pulled the parts out and showed me what was wrong with them and why they replaced them. also, I am an AAA member in good standing and they gave me $25 dollar discount off my total bill. the other nice thING was their speedy service, I turned my car on Thursday at 4 and it was fixed and ready by 9:30 am the next day! really great service and atmosphere.

I have been a customer at Community Auto for almost a decade now and have been thoroughly impressed by the exemplary service provided. Their group of certified and experienced mechanics do a wonderful job of not only getting the repairs done well but also taking to time to do a whole car inspection while the vehicle is in and providing me with updates on what other repairs need to be done to keep my cars running well and reliable. The office staff does a great job of helping me schedule visits when there convenient for me and are extremely knowledgeable. They do a fantastic job of explaining to me what is being done during the repair to help someone as automotive illiterate as myself feeling informed and confident as to what is going on with my cars.
