I experienced amazing customer service yet again at Community Auto. I called this morning about having someone look at the rusted trailer hitch on the back of my SUV. Val answered the phone. She patiently listened to what the problem was and was able to get my vehicle in right away. Evan took a look at the hitch and came up with a solution that worked. Evan was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I was even offered a loaner vehicle if needed. I don't know anything about vehicles and I appreciate the continued willingness of the Community Auto staff to walk through with me in plain language what needs to be done. I've serviced my vehicles at Community Auto for years and I have yet to be disappointed.

I'm so grateful for honest and trustworthy service providers like those at Community Auto! It is wonderful that I've found them and I look forward to continued service with competitive prices and top-notch service.

Took my car in for front end inspection, due to another shops shady work and a oil change, they did a great job of explaining the inspection and had it diagnosed very quickly.they repaired it and I got my car back on time, great job guys and Valerie

I brought in my 2004 Ford Expedition, without an appointment, and they got right to work on it. The repairs ended up being more difficult than predicted, so it took longer than anticipated. However, Community Auto staff kept me informed of the status every day and allowed me to have one of their loaner cars the entire time that my Expedition was in the shop. They did a great job on the repairs, but I think that their people skills are also top notch.J.C. Cundall
