I cannot say enough about the efficiency, cost of repair work and most of all the unparalleled level of excellent service that I received from my advisor, Evan, and the entire crew at Community Auto in Fort Collins. As a person who has worked within the automotive industry's marketing and technology field for over 15 years, I undoubtedly had several options to choose from for addressing the laundry list of strange electrical and mechanical issues that seemed to be coming out of nowhere my vehicle had suddenly begun experiencing. I chose to contact the crew at Community Auto after multiple positive past dealings with them for routine maintenance on my this and my other vehicles, and I'm so glad I did! What could have and sadly what WOULD HAVE turned into a $3000+ service bill at some of the other shops in the area due to my naivety of the level of repair required and it ultimately resulting in being taken advantage of because of it, ended-up only costing me just a tad over $1200 at Community Auto all because of the high-level of honesty, integirty and professionalism the ownership and staff at this shop consistently prides itself on taking with each and every single one of their customers. I highly recommend Community Auto to anyone in or around the Fort Collins area who's in need of auto repair or vehicle maintenance. It is apparent that this organization is in it for the long-run and strives to build long-term referral/repeat customer relationships that are simply based on providing second to none quality service through mutual trust and respect; NOT on the amount of money they think they can get out of you. I just had a very enjoyable (if that's even possible!) experience with you guys fixing a blown head gasket on my daughter's Outback and now it's got sensor problems. You are being careful to diagnose the problem and keeping the charges to an absolute minimim. Thank you! Now if you could only guarantee that this car is not a turkey.....

This is the only mechanic I will go to! Usually I dread taking my car in because I don't know if I can trust the mechanics or shop and many of them treat me like an idiot because I don't know much about cars. This shop is different. They are friendly and never demeaning. Every person I've interacted with at this shop is so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them!!

The team at Community Auto went beyond the extra mile in servicing my 1999 Dodge RAM. They researched a suitable steering gearbox replacement. Stood behind the warranty work previously done. I highly recommend these fine folks to anyone.

I've been a loyal customer of Community Auto for almost 3 years. They are great! They complete work when they say it will be done, they have competitive prices and they guarantee their work! Staff are always polite and friendly, the front desk staff know what they are talking about, and they are HONEST. They don't try to upsell services or repairs you don't truly need. I brought in my grandmother's vehicle for a second opinion after another shop we had taken it to for engine diagnostics said that she needed transmission work in addition to a head gasket repair. The transmission had JUST been replaced 8 months earlier and we had not been experiencing any problems with it. I took it to Community Auto and they confirmed the engine problem and told us the transmission was fine. Obviously, we had them do the work and her vehicle has been running perfect ever since. I can't tell you how awesome it is to have a shop that can be trusted to give it to you straight. As a woman, I have has the unpleasant experience of having a shop try to talk me into repairs or services that weren't needed just to make some extra money. I never have to worry about that at Community Auto!
